On the coasts of Evia and Skyros, fishermen extract nets, zoga and longliners, varieties of fresh fish, such as large fish, grouper, columns, common dentex, Vlachs, scorpions, gullies, crayfish, octopus and more. Due to marine morphology, the area has always been rich in good quality shells. Despite the intense fishing (legal and illegal), it still supplies the most famous Ouzeris of Chalkida, N.
