The tradition of this family is the production of homemade dried meat products such as prosciutto, roast (by the sweet longe), bacon, various types of sausages, some of which are characteristic only of this area. The specialties are bumblebees - dry sausages stuffed with cornflour and spices, an old-fashioned dish prepared in Boka Kotorska. If you visit this household, you will be able to get to know the process of producing dried meat - from livestock farming to drying meat in the dryer located on the property. In addition to the cured meats, this family is widely known for producing various types of authentic sweet cheeses from freshly squeezed and strained cow and milk.
