One of the most typical products yet to be found is Mishavinas cheese. Mishavina is a kind of cheese produced in the Highlands of Kelmendi. Mishavina is historically considered winter food accompanied with pickled cabbage, pork, and plum raki. The cheese is related to the practices of shepherds moving around in the Kelmendi zone.
