    • The towers have great architectural value. They began to be built in the Albanian Alps at the end of the Mrizi is a place overshadowed by tall trees, mostly oak, where cattle rest at lunchtime. Locals say that if the herd of cattle is resting in the same shady spot for three years, then this frost is considered sacred. No one is allowed to cut down the trees of that Mrizi. Otherwise, the narratives show that those who have dared to do so have suffered badly. This superstition relates to the myths of the Fairies that rest in these scents near water sources. Like all ancient peoples, the Albanians of the Alps have strong pagan influences that they express through developed mythology. Such is the case of Fairies, two mythological creatures with separate functions: Oret are invisible and protect humans, while Fairies are girls of rare beauty and protect nature. In Dukagjini, for example, the Ora e Shales is mostly mentioned, while in the Alps the House Ora is mentioned. In the Albanian Alps and surrounding areas, there are many mrizi, springs, and caves associated with these creatures. Though formless, Oret are described as being too powerful for one's destiny, so the locals avoid unnecessary mention of them. Oret have a place of honor in the Epic of Kresniks because through breast milk, they empower the main hero: Muji. For centuries mrizi have existed in the mountains of northern Albania, but the word's greatest popularity was given by the poet George Fishta's book "Fairies Mriz" (1913).120
