Ingredients (serves 4-6)
24 frog-legs, a little flour, some beer, a bit of olive oil, 1-2 eggs, salt, pepper
Method: Prepare the batter with the flour, beer, eggs, salt, and pepper. Dip the frog-legs in the batter and fry in the hot oil.

Eel cooked on the stove-top
Ingredients (serves 4)
1 eel, ½ c olive oil, 1 scoop of butter, 1 c white wine, 1 onion, oregano, salt, pepper
Method: Skin the eel and cut into pieces. Sauté the roughly chopped onions in the olive oil and butter. Add the eel, oregano, pepper, and salt. Pour in the wine and let simmer gently.
