Ethno Vodnica Ćirović is one of the few in Montenegro which still works and grinds cereals from the area of Pljevlja and beyond. The watermill is characterized by the fact that its circuit is driven by the power of the water and the stream that flows not far from it. The demand for organic cereals is increasing and so is the production of organic cereals in the surrounding areas. The mill has been working and producing cereals uninterrupted since 1912. It has been renovated three times so far, so with the last renovation it got a slightly different look. The main potential is that visitors can see how the flour is milled, the way the mill is started, and the principle of operation. They can also visit the miller's Ethno Room, which houses antiques that are preserved from oblivion. There used to be about 50 watermills in this area and today only one. In this household, some of the cereals are grown, which are later ground. We also offer some of the traditional dishes from our cereals as well as from our homemade dairy and meat products that are also produced in the household.
