The ancient wells in Ostros are a true tourist and mountaineering attraction. They are located in the village of Boljevici, a village near Ostros (the center of the Krajina) on a caravan route that used to connect Skadar Lake and Ostros with Vladimir and Ulcinj via the Smerdec Mountain. Surrounded by centuries-old chestnut trees, at the edge of the village beneath a gentle wooded slope, there are twelve wells that have been of great importance to the locals in the past. It is not possible to determine with certainty the time of their construction, but it is assumed to be in the Middle Ages. From the well there is a marked hiking trail to the villages of Mide and Kosici in Vladimir, which goes over the Smerdec mountain, where the altitude difference of over 400 meters is overcome.
