The program consisted of two parts: competitions in the traditional sport (jump with a pole, throwing a stone from the shoulder, throwing bombs in the target and nadvlacenje uzeta) and the competition of an amateur singer. Such a program of this fair lasted for the first few years, when it was extended to the original folk creation and it included the whole slice of Svetozarevo. Since 1980, the seat of the fair has been transferred to the premises of the Kalenic Monastery, with a completely changed concept. The fair gets new contents and cultural dimensions, the attractiveness of the monastery itself with its surroundings is used. As main, basic content of the fair, appears folk art which corresponds to the ambience itself. On the summer stage, in the midst of beech and oak forests, near the monastery, every year during this manifestation participate forty cultural and artistic societies, original folklore groups and ensembles, over 1200 performers from Sumadija and Pomoravlje, Zupa, Levac and other parts of Serbia . With Vojvodina and Kosmet Serbian cultural - artistic societies from Hungary and Romania, as well as from other countries, appear at the fair. Until 1990, societies from all the republics of the former Yugoslavia participated in this event, and there were guests from Bulgaria, Poland, Austria and America, Macedonia and Albania.
