Preserving a rich family heritage and cultivating a centuries-old love for the hometown and the olive, the Moric family continued in their path. The property is located in the village of Tici, Morici producing top quality organic extra virgin olive oil
Olives are grown in their own olive groves on about 5 hectares with more than 1000 trees, and on the farm are also grown vines, fruits (figs, mulberries, almonds, plums, carobs), vegetables, but also sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, rabbits. Also, the whole property is planted with lavender, sage, rosemary and myrtle so when you come to the olive grove in the spring or early summer you just have to indulge in your enjoyment.
The Moric household organizes mini-courses where the guests, along with a tour of the olive groves and the old mill, have the opportunity to learn about the history of Lustica, the cultivation and production of olives and olive oil. For a complete experience, there is also an indispensable tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil and a gastronomic experience of olive oil refined products. Homemade olives, olive oil cheese, prosciutto, salted fish, magnolia brandy and carob cake are just some of the delicacies that have been prepared in the same way for centuries.
Respecting the rich heritage, the Moric household is now successfully integrated into the modern tourist offer, complementing the offer of their farm with programs of active holidays (hiking, biking) and visiting the Lustica peninsula as a unique cultural and historical entity.
