The protected landscape of "Bijambara" is in the northeast of Sarajevo, near the Nišići plateau. The protected landscape of "Bijambara" is 40 km away from Sarajevo and it can be reached by car from Sarajevo on the main road M-18 leading to Tuzla. To the west and north there are undulating mountain meadows, and to the south and east there are large and dense forests, mostly coniferous. Rocky limestone ridges also appear in several places, which give the whole landscape the characteristics of a unique natural complex. The area of the protected landscape "Bijambare" is equipped with mountaineering furniture for staying in nature and has a playground for children (Wooden City). It has bicycle, educational and forest trails. Visitors can rent a bicycle or explore the area with a two-way tourist car. Visitors can take a guided tour of the Middle Bijambare Cave, through which a 400-meter-long tourist trail leads in the terms below. In addition to these attractions, in the area of Bijambara there is a necropolis to area of tombstones (stećaka) "Mramorje", a protected historical site, a valuable testimony to the continuity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
