Voghiera garlic is one of the most renowned types of garlic that has also been recognized as a product PDO (Designation of Protected Origin). In recent years, the Rowing farmers have refined agronomic techniques, pledging to select bulbilli from year to year, thus obtaining the current garlic with distinctive morphological and agronomic characteristics, particularly white and shiny, of large, highly conserved. Garlic products have become increasingly popular in the last decade and can be traced back to four main groups: essential oil, dehydrated powder, oily macerate, extract. Garlic is proposed in about twenty of these formulas as an effective remedy against headaches, insect bites and to soothe pain.
