The Tara River Canyon is the second deepest in the world, just after the Colorado River Canyon in the United States. It reaches a depth of 1300m and spans 60 km. This is one of the most beautiful canyons in the world primarily because of clean, drinking water, vegetation, a large number of endemic species. This canyon is under UNESCO protection. Tara canyon can be divided into two parts, the upper part and the lower part of the canyon.
