The Mesola 2019 Asparagus Fair runs from April 25 to May 1. In Mesola, 40% of Emilia Romagna's production of asparagus is concentrated: thanks to the fertile soils in the sandy, sandy and water-rich Delta del Po, these products are appreciated and renowned throughout Italy and other European countries. Every year, between April and May, Mesola hosts the Asparagus Fair to celebrate the prince lychee of the local gastronomy: food stands, shows, workshops, guided tours, excursions and much more.
